Go to Control Panel via Start Menu.  Start Menu can be accessed by clicking on the windows icon on the bottom-left or pressing the windows key on your keyboard.



Select View devices and printers.







Select Add a printer.



Select The printer I want isn't listed.



Select Find a printer in the directory, based on location or feature then select Next. A window will pop up just like on the right.



Find desired printer via site acronym and room. For example, EAOFF will be East Elementary Office then select Find Now.


Naming scheme for KIBSD printers goes like this:

[Site/Building] [Room (Number)] [Model of Printer/Copier]

an example would be that EALIB_BizhubC224E is a Bizhub C224E that is currently located in East Elem Library.




Double-click on desired printer/copier then install driver if prompted.



Select Next.



Click Finish.  Select the Set as default printer checkbox if you want that printer/copier to be the first choice when printing using your device.
