Install Microsoft Outlook (if not yet installed) - Scroll to "Log In To District Email" section if Outlook already installed


1) Go to Self Service.



2) On the bottom portion of the Self Service app, select Search.



3) Type Microsoft Outlook, then a search result will appear.  Select Install/Reinstall.


After selecting Install/Reinstall, ring will indicate that the app is currently installing on the iPad home screen.



4) Go back to the home screen to verify that Microsoft Outlook is installed.

 




Log in to District Email


1) Go to Microsoft Outlook.



2) Enter your District Email.  Your district email is [Your District Username]@kibsd.org then select Add Account.  For employees, district usernames are formatted:

[First initial of first name][Last Name]XX (XX=numbers) = Hired before 2017

[First Name].[Last Name] = Hired during or after 2017


3) When prompted, enter District Password then select Sign In. If you do not know your district password, please contact Tech Services via 907-486-7587.



4) Address prompt(s) then select accordingly.  Below is an example.


Add another account - Select Maybe Later unless you want to add another email address.



5) Your inbox under your district email will now be displayed!  A blue dot to the left of the email indicated an unread email.
