1) On the home screen (desktop), then select Add a Printer.
An alternative way to access this is to type \\printing\ inside the address bar of a File Explorer window. After typing, press Enter.
2) Double-click desired printer. Look for this icon and the desired printer by name.
Naming scheme for KIBSD printers goes like this:
[Site/Building] [Room (Number)] [Model of Printer/Copier]
an example would be that EALIB_BizhubC224E is a Bizhub C224E that is currently located in East Elem Library.
3) Printer should now be installed and available to select in the drop-down list when selecting printers.
