1) Log in to Informacast via informacast.kibsd.org.  See instructions here just in case.



2) In the informacast home page, go to Notifications > Bell Schedules > Schedules (1, 2, and 3) to show bell schedules.  Select Edit (4) on desired schedule if an edit is needed.



3) In the edit Bell Schedule page, edit necessary information as needed.  For more information about ring lists, please click here.  Select Save when finished.  If you wish to undo changes, select Cancel.




4) OPTIONAL: If you wish to create an exception (usually used for days when the bells are not needed), select Add Exception


Add a description (for future reference or deletion) and Start/End Dates.  Verify start and end date since this is critical.  After that, select desired ring list.  For exceptions, the common choice is None which means no bells (ring list(s)) will play.  Select Save when finished.


Example below shows an exception to start on the day of 11-24-2022 and end the same day.


MAKE SURE TO VERIFY START AND END DATE!
