In order to create an HR ticket using the pre-made solutions follow these steps:


- First, go to the district website


- Go to the staff drop-down menu in the top right


- Select the Technology Helpdesk (or click here)


- Right on the homepage of the Helpdesk - "HR Request" option, select that and you will be given a series of different pre-made tickets


- Simply select the one you need and fill out the necessary information
