1 - Toggles projector on and off
2 - Toggles Audio on and off
3 - Toggles Mic (wired or wireless) volume
4 - Toggles Program (audio from device connected) volume
5 - Raises/Lowers projector screen in the area
6 - Toggles Sources/Video Inputs (see below for more information)
Changing Sources/Inputs
Input selected will be indicated by the glow around the icon. In this example, the Rack HDMI Input is selected. Select the input/source according to where the devices desired to be projected is plugged into. Only commonly used ones in KIBSD will be mentioned.
Rack HDMI Input - HDMI port on the media rack located in the space. The Apple TV is usually connected to this input in KHS Classrooms. Select this input if wanting to use Airplay.
Digital Media Input(s) - These are the ports associated with the Digital Media Box (DM Box) usually plugged into the wall or bleachers depending on space. Only the Gymnasium and Cascading commons use this input but classrooms can if the DM box is connected to the wall port labeled "Video"
Blu-Ray Player - Blu-Ray player in the Media rack.
