For anything else: iCloud:
To make sure we are backing up as much as possible, after doing the above steps, let’s back things up to iCloud.
NOTE: we do not have access to your iCloud accounts, if anything is backed up to iCloud and it gets lost, we can’t help.
1. Head to the settings on your iPad.
2. Make sure you are signed into your iCloud by selecting “Sign in to your iPad” at the top of the settings section. If you are already signed in, this will be replaced with your name. Your login information is your school login info.
3. A popup message will appear asking if you want to merge your safari data. It's recommended to merge your data.
4. After logging in, select your name again to open your apple ID account.
5. Select the “iCloud’ option.
7. Make sure that is turned on (button should be green)
8. Going back, the list of apps below “iCloud Backup” are all ones that can be synced to your iCloud. Make sure the ones you want to sync are turned on.
