It is recommended to check these steps before any videoconferencing task. Below should be what should the inputs/outputs for any videoconferencing app.


Camera - AVER TR530 PTZ Camera - HDMI via USB capture card


Mic / Input - Shure P300 (Any of the Shure Wireless Mics - Toggle to talk (green) and mute (red)) - Connected via USB cable to Mac Mini


Speaker / Output - Shure P300 (Ceiling Speakers) - Same USB cable connected to P300



Before opening any videoconferencing app (browser), it is recommended that the audio input/outputs match the information above.  Go to System Preferences / System Settings > Sound > Input (Tab) and Output (Tab) and match the information above.  See below for reference.
