HDMI 1 - Mac Mini (Both display out (HDMI and USB-C/Thunderbolt) connected to TV HDMI inputs)
HDMI 2 - Apple TV (via Splitter - Mirrors to both TVs)
HDMI 3 - Hardwired connection (usually for guests - via Splitter and mirrors to both TVs as well)
As much as possible, it's best to use Mac Mini for optimal results as it is also connected to wireless mics and ceiling speakers. Neither Apple TV or hardwired input are connected to mics/speakers as it was not the intended design/use of the F140 Board Room.
