*Aside from Step 1, this guide applies to any Aver T530 PTZ camera anywhere (different IP addresses of course).  Refer to attached user guide and it is also recommended to play with Aver Camera for more knowledge especially troubleshooting...*

Presets can also be saved via remote like most PTZ Webcams/USB Cameras but more options are available and easier to access via Camera web GUI.  See attached user guide for more information.

1) To easily access Aver Camera web GUI, select the Aver Camera GUI desktop icon via DANTE109640 (RDP) after logging in as your district user.  Otherwise, while in RDP session, the Aver Camera's current static IP address is 192.168.100.112.

2) Log in to Aver Camera.  Password is in 1Password.

3) To toggle presets, select Settings (Gear Icon) > Preset Setting then the window as seen below will show

4) See screenshot below as reference:

1 - Current view of Aver Camera.  If this is blank, then it is recommended to restart the camera.  Refer to attached user guide to power cycle camera.

2 - Toggle direction and zoom of camera.  The house icon is to just go back to the home preset (do not adjust home preset)

3 - Save to preset.  Presets 1-20 recommended to reserve for Board Meeting use.  For board meetings, Mic 1 = Channel 1 = Preset 1.  Refer to Aver Camera Tracking article for more information.

4 - Save to Home preset.  Mostly for Board Room use.  Ideal for Home preset is a zoomed out view of the Dias + Tables in conjunction with the setup.  Contact Laurie and/or CO for more information.

5 - Call Preset.  Manually select desired preset to call to verify (saved) preset.
